Wow ur an idiot. This recipe says nothing about this being dairy free. If that was the case they wouldn’t be using butter or cheese. It’s about making it with no milk

I followed the recipe exactly and... honestly, this is inedible. Drastically reduced salt and pepper would help. Significantly less butter too. As published though, this just does not work.
