I have a big bag of tapioca flour/ tapioca starch & want a basic bread machine recipe

I not sure if my Gluten free Brad recipe will work with bread machine I always do it the old faction way that way I can wait for the perfect rise before baking

bread recipe but tapioca flour expands like rice flour you might get away with using it in place of the brown rice flour you can use white rice flour but it's not ground as well as brown rice flour so your bread will be little gritty unless you have flour grinder to grind it down more
