What would I use in place of 1 cup lemon concentrated juice, when using freshly squeezed lemon juice?

Made it for Labor Day weekend get together. Everyone loved this and wanting more. I used store bought raspberry puree found in cocktail mix section this was easier than mashing raspberries. Was great and will make again. Thanks for this.
