Terrible. I bake on the regular and something was not right with this recipe. Perhaps the original recipe required glutinous rice flour as oppose to regular rice flour because with regular rice flour it was way too dense, not enough sweetness, and overall just all sorts of wrong. I'm disappointed as I have made sponge roll cake before another way but decided to try it this way. Ended up wasting ingredients. So heed my warning. Use another recipe or if you do try, see if glutinous rice flour works for you. For me, I'm going back to my usual recipe.
