Hello Haifa, this looks delicious! I want to make this for sure. Just wondering why it's called rose sauce? Is it just the colour? Have you ever made it with any actual rose water or petals? I've never had za'atar so not sure what it tastes like, or if rose would go with it. You have inspired me to give it some thought however. :)

Hi dear.. rose is just reference to the color.. zaatar (Oregano) is famous here in the middle east, its really good with chesse and on pastries
