I couldn't eat bitter gourd as well and it's the only veggie that I don't eat that's why it bothers me a lot. Good to know your technique and I will try to re-create your menu using ground pork as that is the one I have in my freezer. Thanks for sharing! I hope to be able to share how it goes with my taste bud!
