I find that calzones bake well at 400°F for 20 - 25 minutes. Quick tip: Beat one egg and brush over tops of calzones before baking. The color will astound!

Thank you for this simple but great recipe. We had homemade calzones with homemade meatballs inside. It was yummy! Btw, you can seal dough using your fingers or other tools to pinch them shut....Bekka Schober.
