You're welcome. Yes, it is needed when we want to bake. Plus, I'll be making black forest cake tonight. So I'll be using these in my cake. Have a nice day☺

I am sorry for the late reply, but you can increase it to 1 more hour for freeze. I hope it works. 😇

I had this issue. Sounds like the chocolate. I usually keep it on low heat and stir constantly for about 5-6mins should be thick like pudding is best I can describe hope it helps

Cool! I’m trying this recipe now, I like the idea of adding a bit of cayenne and cinnamon like someone mentioned above.

Any clean paper will do, as long as you're using it to make chocolate chips and not baking something in the oven. For baking, if you don't have baking paper, you can use butter to spread the baking pan and drizzle some flour on top of it until all stickeness of butter is gone and remove the excess flour. I hope this helps 🙂

will these melt at room temperature? and will they melt like a Big blob when cooking in let's say cookies? thank you for your answers I look forward to hearing from them I don't check this forum often I hope it comes in email.

If the chocolate consistency is thick when making it. Then, it will melt in at room temperature if kept for too long.
I haven't tried placing it inside the cookies yet. But, i guess it will melt. As baking heat mighy melt them. I hope this helps.🙂

How many chocolate chips about does it make. I wanted to use it in several recipes. Would you recommend that much use with one batch.

It would make about 20 to 30 chocolate chips give or take. For example, you want to bake 10 to 12 cookies. Best would be to use 5 to 6 small chocolate chips per cookie. That would make it 50 to 72 chocolate chips.
