I did mine directly on fire...but to be safe...just take a heavy sufuria..put in sand imetosha or three stones...panga ndani...then pre heat for 10-15 minutes ...then put in your sufuria with the mixture...cover with a lid then ueke makaa imewakaa juu ya io lid...Moto isikue mingi kwa jiko...then bake
