Definitely, you can.but be ready to whisk it really hard to get the whip cream peak.

One cup of cold full cream milk....the milk must be cold. Add 2 tablespoons full of sugar over the milkPour in gelatin over and whisk with an electric mixer for about 20mins. Put in the freezer to chill 20mins.Remove from the freezer or fridge and use and electric mixer to whisk it up till the milk becomes really thick... and bigger and fuller in the bowl.Store in the fridge and use within 2 days. It wont freeze.I hope this helps.
