Is it possible to modify the filling by adding tomato purée and cheese as well in addition to the sausage?

I’m so sorry, I didn’t see your message earlier. Yes, I think you can add a thin layer of tomato purée or cheese. This is a croissant and should give it a nice savoury flavour.
