Instead of baking it can we fry it and is icing sugar optional?

I have never fry cookies, search for fry cookies recipe may be you will get it . this recipe is for baking. Icing sugar is not optional, if you're out of it you can do the homemade by adding 1cup sugar to your grinder then remove 1tbspn and replace it with cornflour, that's all
