i don’t understand the step 9. is it the white egg only that should be mixed to form stiff peak meringue? because i didn’t see the white and yolk been separated in the ingredients. many thanks

I am sorry for my late reply. I have not noticed your comment till a few minutes ago!!!No whip the whole eggs!! Do not separate them.
