Not good. The simmering too long making the food lose its flavor. Cube steak is not the typical flank steak and has texture similar to a beef patty, under spiced as well, the whole meal taste blank all together

So sorry you did not like it. Sometimes it is hard to write down the correct amount of spices used. Will work on fixing the dish. Thank you for the feedback.
