Salt doesn't sieve through a fine mesh rice or flour sieve,so add fine grained table salt by the teaspoon into the biscuit mix - a Pestle and Mortor can break down Crystallized Sea Salt,I used the Table Salt - was nice too taste the bit of salt that came through.
