Would love some feedback. I don't make a whole lot of bread, and this dough was definitely too soft, but not positive how to go about improving next time. It would be great to be able to get those really pronounced braids.

Nice, I think that's the culprit. I was lazy and didn't knead very much. Next time I'll toss it in the kitchenaid.
