This was a delicious cake Lean. The only thing I think I would suggest is mentioning if you want the nice thick cake you have in the picture, you use smaller pans. A standard 9" pan makes them super skinny. I had to do three layers just to make it look like a normal cake

Yes I used a small 7” pan. This was a mini cake. Sorry about that. I will make a note

It was soooo good. Glad you mentioned it was a mini because my husband and I ate the whole thing in 2 days and we're starting to question our choices

Do you not add the orange juice in the ingredients list to the cake batter?
