Hi, I love the recipe. Just one change. you called for a #10 grinder plate. That #10 is the size of the grinder, not the holes in the plate. Should use a plate, any size grinder, with 1/4" holes to grind the meat. Thanks for the great recipe.

I like to dredge sliced spam in flour seasoned with black pepper , then dip in beaten eggs, then back into the flour, shake of excess flour and fry in bacon fat! So good!
