A small suggestion, if its too messy with the pizza sauce inside you could just put the other toppings on the inside and serve warm sauce on the side for dipping, much the way you would serve salsa or sour cream for regular quesadillas

I never understand why ppl use cheddar cheese with any pizza type of food.... looks yummy,but Il stick with mozzarella and prove.
