This looks delicious! My dad and me looooove curry! We live in Fiji so we eat it a lot! We make chickpea curry, chicken curry, fish curry, tomato curry, etc.... but we’ve never been able to accomplish egg curry. Maybe this will help! 😉 thanks for this recipe!
