For a long time I fancied making some pasta that included anchovies and also one that had toasted panko breadcrumbs. Last night I did one with both and now wonder what took me so long! So my new motto is to do what I fancy when I think of it and without hesitation. Fortunately, my wife will try anything I choose to cook!
