Doubled the recipe except used 1 cup of sugar . Was able to make 3 dozens. Soo easy, should haved used cup & half of sugar. But were still chewy great !!

Crazy easy, I was just looking for something I could make with things I had at home. Most recipes call for baking soda/powder and I didnt have either. These turned out delish! We call them pbs cookies (peanut butter, sugar) I add a cinnamon-sugar mixture to the tops and bottoms :) soooo yummy!

You first glance at the 3 ingredients...think to yourself half the recipe mist be mistyped...then curiousity gets the best of you...then you try it and realize these are unbelievable!!!! I'm not a food chemist but somehow they set just like cookies without all the flour and butter, unreal!!!

I love this recipe! It is so easy, takes me 5 minutes to prepare... The taste is great and the cookies come out moist, for the most part. Tonight is the second time I have made them THIS WEEK!

literally these were the best peanut butter cookies ever...the texture was so good and they were not too sweet like i thought it was gonna be. i had no clue 3 ingredients would make these and delicious at that! (L)

The only way I make pb cookies. I often use chunky pb and half honey half sugar. You can even use pb chips or chocolate chips too.

Took longer time than mentioned, while it is soft, according to my family it doesn't taste like cookie and more like solid peanutbutter, but taking into account it is only 3 ingredients it is an okay recipe for beginners.
