Looks absolutely amazing! I did it many times when I was in Malaysia. Can not find the Tandoori in Vietnam :(

Thanks! I’ve never done it using a real tandoor oven but I tried making one with a campfire and a ceramic tile… worked pretty well :)

Oh U reminds me, Ive tried this:( for the smoke taste) - burn the charcoal, cover by the foil, put it in the pan or pot , where we put the completed chicken in the cover it, all smoke will spread out and seep into the meat
