Fried Rice

Nothing stellar. Mine turned out pretty bland. Still, it satisfied my desire for fried rice.I'd recommend using more vegetables.

Ewww! It tastes WAY better with fresh vegetables. I have been making fried rice for 6 years. I'm a cheif at a 5 star restaurant. I tried using frozen vegetables before, let's just say it tastes like SH*T! :hmpf

I wanna make this but i have one question! Will the rice cook through without water?

It's best if you use rice that is already cooked for about a day or 2, but looks great, good job. :chef

Turned out great. I burned my rice a little but that was because I didn't prep first and it still tastes great

I prefer to make a simple omelette first, then slice into fine sheds when it's gone cold. Then do the fried rice, and add the finely chopped egg at the end along with any other ingredients like chopped ham, etc. Keeps the egg softer. The chicken stock is what makes all the difference though - thanks for sharing!

Used slightly more oil. As vegetables I've used carrot, peas and spring onions. Great taste!

I substituted peas for stir fry vegetables and added extra soy sauce. It complimented beef and broccoli very well. Good flavor and blend of spices. Adding to my regular monthly menu.

Loved it! I added chopped onion and made my own chicken broth and it came out so awesome. Thank you for the recipe.
