definitely will triple the cheese sauce! too dry. definitely will double the meat next time, not every bite had meat in it. and will double if not triple all the spices. noodles will stay the same amount. i added onions too. I always do everything organic. so its just a little healthier version of hamburger helper ;)

I make something similar. Mac n cheese (start with a roux, add milk and cheese, Dijon mustard, parsley, onion powder). Brown a pound of ground turkey or chicken, season with onion powder, garlic powder. Mix meat in with Mac n cheese. Put in baking pan or casserole dish. Pour a can or 2 of stewed tomatoes on top, cover with more shredded cheese. 350 for about an hour.... YUM!
