If I add ararot instead of kasawa, because kasawa is not available in our country.

By the way, cassava/tapioca is very starchy in nature. So once cooked, it has lightly denser and springy texture. I guess, flour such as tapioca flour or corn flour can be added if using carrot or other roots. Nevertheless, this is very creative. I might try with other roots next time too 😊
