Holy smokes this was amazing!
I used my toaster oven on bake at the recommended temp of 390° F for 23 minutes. I used 3 cans of sardines & the olive oil they came in & spread it out in a medium rectangular pyrex. I was pressed for time so only added pre-chopped minced garlic & Old Bay Seasoning. I used one cup of GF panko breadcrumbs. I originally thought it would be too much but it was crispy & delicious.
Paired it with white rice & lemon-pepper green beans. Definitely will make it in the rotation.

Did you use Canned Sardines? And it was good, wasn't it? I will try that, too.

Yes, I did use canned sardines. Not sure I have ever seen sardine fillets here in Chicago. BUT if they are canned they HAVE to be boneless & skinless.
