I just noticed your cookie recipe, with Amish starter will have to try, i make the bread usually at Christmas (choclate) everyone likes it so sure they will like the cookies.

Hello, do I keep the starter on the countertop or do I have to put it in the fridge? when I feed it, do I mix it in or squish it together till mixed? Thank you.

@cook_25480435 I put mine in the fridge. I mixed the base and feed together by hand.
