used buttermilk and Italian panko instead, made a good crispy crust.

This was my 1st time cooking and the family really enjoyed it. it seemsed good when I added zeaty Italian dressing and breading it again it added a small zing to the 1st and last bite. But for my 1st time cookig only 2 cam out bad but that's because I forgot to add oil to the pan

This was yum! I used a thicker cut chop, only 2 eggs, italian seasoned panko breadcrumbs, skipped the garlic (even though we love garlic). Browned them in the pan, then put them in a 375° oven for about 15 minutes. Nom nom :hungry

We made this as specified. I think that it needed some salt and pepper to enhance the flavor. Otherwise, it wasn't bad. It wasn't as cheesy as I thought it would be. However, it was nice to easy. I also think that the amount of eggs and breadcrumbs allow for up to 6 pork chops.

Needed some extra flavor. Guess I should have seasoned the pork chops before breading :-(

Delicious! I didn't have parsley, but still had a lot of flavor. :-)
