I like the sound of these!! (Well not the palm sugar explosion ouch😬). I have a bag of glutinous rice in the cupboard that I’ve been meaning to experiment with 😁

If it's glutinous rice flour, it's actually quite versatile! Even without sugar filling, you can drizzle maple syrup on it or something. It hardens very easily, which is nice. Good luck!
