We eat a lot of salmon and I forget about trout sometimes, even though I love it. I will add some to my next shop as this sounds delicious and would make a nice change 😊

I get my trout from a firm called ChalkStream based in Romsey, Hampshire (no connection save as a customer). It’s not that expensive (12 130g steaks cost £32) if you catch a free p&p offer and it’s excellent quality. Delivery is overnight.
