Thank you for sharing your recipe. Question about type of rice flour. I use two types of rice flour: Number 1 is Authentic Foods brand Superfine White Rice Flour. The company says: "It is milled in the United States from California rice. " Number 2 is Authentic Foods Superfine Sweet (glutinous) Rice Flour: "milled from high quality California short grain rice". Do you think #1 (White Rice Flour) is the same as your "confectionery rice flour"? Thank you so much!

Just confirming this recipe works! :-) I used the American rice from brand Authentic Foods Superfine White Rice Flour. Thank you for making this available. It does taste and have the texture of regular white bread made with regular wheat flour! I love it. I now need to tweak a few things for my situation, but your recipe works as written! :-) (My yeast must be very strong, it doesn't need nearly this much yeast for me. If not using parchment, I need to find a way to keep it from sticking tight to the pan. Not a parchment fan due to silicone. ;-) Thank you!!!) Oh - it TOASTS just like homemade regular white bread!!! So happy.
