Hi would any other no salt seasoning work as I don't have a Costco near me to buy their brand. Perhaps what's the ingredients in the Costco no salt seasoning so maybe I could match it up or maybe make it 🤔

I bought it because it has so many ingredients I can't buy on my own. I would suggest swapping it out with some poultry seasoning, basil, oregano, coriander and red pepper flakes. Playing with the ratios until you find what you like.

Just play with the ratios to find something that works for your taste.Or what I would do if you're interested in buying a premade that is really good get the Hey Grill Hey chicken rub. My wife and I love it and use it all the time. To make the bbq rub I would swap it for the Costco blend remove the thyme and onion powder. Also skip using an all purpose blend of salt, pepper and garlic as this blend has salt in it already.
