If you prepare them and place in a baking dish and cover in sauce and cheese...place in broiling oven for a minute (or more or less). Just enough that the cheese has browned a little!

you may have forgotten the final step... Bake them? At what temp and how long?

If you prefer that, than go ahead. However, my recipe does not include baking the enchiladas. I did not forget any step(s).Recommendation: If you were to bake them, than put enchiladas in a baking dish (without lettuce or sour cream). Cover with cheese. Broil until top cheese is melted. Then serve and top with lettuce, tomato, and/or sour cream! I like covering them with extra sauce as well!
