2 quick questions for you......no hurry. What size pan are we looking at? 10", 12"? Also, wondering if I could mix in a blender, instead of using a whisk. Thanks

Hmm well I'm not sure the size of the pan but I'm guessing it's around 10 inches. 12 would work too I think! I never used a blender but I think it wouldn't be a problem.

Reason I asked about the pan size, didn't want one too small - like 8" - which would probably make them too thick or a pan too big, where they would tear. Then the blender question...as I said, I had been looking for a 1 serv - thanks again - and found one where they did mix the ingreds. in a blender.

hehe, yes! I didn't serve in the military, but my dad was in the Army and when he was stationed in Germany, that's where he met my mom ;) I see in your profile you were in the military as a cook? Sounds like you went to some interesting places!
