Made it before and was very good but this time for the frosting I'm gonna try cream cheese frosting and mix it up with a box of lemon pudding and see how that tastes. Probably make 2-9 in round cakes and stack them and put some of the icing in the center as well unless I think of something better!

This cake was so moist and wasn't overpowering lemon. I drizzled a lemon glaze over the top to make it more yummy.
