Oreo balls

*Yummy mommy* @cook_2695269
I made these for the holidays and they were a huge hit! The kids keep asking me to make more! I only used 8oz of cream cheese and that was the perfect amount in my opinion.

I agree about the white chocolate I mk these all the time they are a fav at my house and very easy to mk I also use different flavor of oreos to add sum variety and yes you mix the cream cheese and oreos tghr :chef

Found recipe on allrecipes.com and made them for my husband on valentines day. He fell in love with them. Nothing needs to be changed about it. The only thing people need to know about it is never use the double stuffed oreos. To much filling will make the oreos fall apart. The only other thing I did was other than using chocolate chips, I also used white chocolate. Still tasted great! :positive

JeSuisJewbieDee @cook_2843890
It was great! i did 2 cups of white chocolate and about a half cup of milk chocolate for the drizzle. came out exactly like the cover ^.^

Jen362 @cook_2844853
these are delicious!!!!! I made them for a desert for Thanksgiving and they didn't last 5 min!!! what makes them even better is they are super super easy!!! :-)
Crusade4Christ @cook_2782509
my wife has made these for years & shaped them into trufles & coats them w/ white chocolate or dark chocolate..the guests have always loved it served cold. :positive

So easy and yummy, a 12 y.o. can make it (daughter #2 just did). We used sprinkles and will give for xmas to teachers and amigas.

Kaylalovesjoey @cook_2863426
ok can anyone help me im trying to mix the Oreos and cream cheese in a blender but im havein no luck with it crossing the Oreos up? what should i do

Maplemum @cook_2896203
I used 8oz of cream cheese , chocolate oreos, then added 1/4 cup of orange liqueur, choc and orange or mint and choc is great together. You could use strawberry Oreo and strawb cream cheese too yum :-P
MrsPam49 @cook_2918201
Don't see where to add the cream cheese. I'm hurrying it goes in with the oreos?

Musclemoose @cook_2921179
Excellent for the holidays. I've used dark and white almond bark instead of chocolate chips.
NeuroCrashJS @cook_2927840
Tasted great although mine looked horrible. The whole family devoured them.

PolkaDot125 @cook_2942848
Haven't gotten to try your recipe yet but I've made this before. I did White Almond Bark for the outer layer & Chocolate Almond Bark for the drizzling. ;-)
Randay @cook_2950062
Ohhhhh these R Amazing! I used Mint Oreos! But a lil peppermint oil in the mix will work 2! Loved Em so much making them as Stocking Stuffers! Lol :ohyeaah
Richone49 @cook_2955029
I made these for the first time and there off the hook, the whole family love them great recipe.
Wendy Jay @cook_3013143
I used Berry Burst IceCream oreos and white morsels for my Oreo Balls. What a tasty dessert! :ohyeaah
bbkitty128 @cook_3108545
So easy and fun to make. Tastes like so much more than it is. Definitely will make again!

baked89 @cook_3103359
i made them with about half of fat free cream cheese, might use less next time
bananas916 @cook_3104733
this recipe makes no sense.. the picture show something different from what the instructions say.. dip and cover with chocolate???? but the balls look white on the pic.. this person doesn't know how to explain.
beverlyblue @cook_3119503
i first had these at a b.b.q. and they are so delicious! like a cross between an oreo and a truffle!
bmLuv @cook_3130730
I make these all the time but I know them as oreo truffles. infact I just made some 30min ago. I love these, I make sure I always have some in my fridge. if the run out I always make more :cookie
britt12martin @cook_3144701
Okay good but need faster easier way to melt chocolate , hard to fully melt with kids running around
dawnydawndh @cook_3242184
oh no!! my secret is out I've been making these for years. always been a big hit. try putting blueberries in the middle. FABULOUS!!!!
debbiehawkes @cook_3246406
made these with my granddaughter they're that easy and they taste absolutely yummy.

donnaseamster @cook_3269692
I've made these for years they are wonderful if you use the mint oreo or peanut butter oreos with almond bark coating instead of chocolate chips. it gives it a good crunch when you bite into it.
gizersmom @cook_3339080
Love these!!! Not as easy to make as one would think...the dipping part is a little tough/messy. I've used melted cookies and cream candy bar to cover them once...yummy! Also you can do the same recipe but use a package of Nutter Butter cookies instead of Oreos...I think our family actually likes them better, but neither flavor ever goes to waste for sure! Enjoy!
jennzmom @cook_3422735
I made these for holiday party bit I used the Oreo mint cookies and I also made a batch of the new berry burst Oreos... they were awesome.

johnna.cook.3 @cook_3446622
I made these.. but my only problem was that while they turned out delicious in taste, they are very very rich and filling. I made mine about an inch in diameter and I could only eat one each time. It is a very heavy treat and I'd recommend making them bite size and having a drink on hand to wash them down.
jbent323 @cook_3410853
The recommended cream cheese was too much. They turned out okay but I was hoping for more of an oreo taste. The cream cheese was a bit overwhelming. I might make some changes and give it another try

jppsmommy @cook_3456085
These were easy to make. they taste like oreo cheesecake. very rich i cld only eat 1. good qiuck dessert. :-)

kittyTHEcannible @cook_3506572
made these for a party everyone loved them couldn't stop the boys from eating the Oreo look
katiesulli @cook_3481010
really tasty. i made it with mint oreos and dark chocolate. super yummy!!

lady_banana @cook_3526044
The best things are the easiest....I think this recipe is perfect to prepare with children (attention to the bender!) and cheap, too.

kymber.haley @cook_3523850
My friend and I just made some and wow they are amazing!! I do think however that 8oz of the cheese would be just perfect!

Mimi @Mimi2008
i did exactly as it said but the only problem was the cookies and cream cheese do not blend in a blender they need some kind of liquid for it to move around in a blender....i just mixed by hand and it was just fine...but did not form a dough...

mimi2short @cook_3633775
wonderful treat..after coating in milk chocolate..I sprinkle crushed almond & cashews for a nice crunch...will make again soon!!.thanks for sharing ~(o.o)~
monty12 @cook_3652332
since cream cheese is expensive I used condense milk
instead and rolled it in powdered sugar or coconut. it was a hit!

munstermama @cook_3666465

stephie21 @cook_3869341

tmkugler @cook_3918860
