Not bad, but didnt care much for the filling. I used all the ingredients listed, but it still had a fake flavor to me. I think instead of using pudding mix next time, I might try real vanilla flavor.

these are the best eclairs ive ever had. I made this recipe 3 Times now. I subed putting vanilla extract in the filling with almond extract and either one you use turns out absolutely fantastic :hungry
