I'm sorry, whats Indian about this?..try this recipe w/ cilantro,sliced tomato & pepper in yogurt for a side (cooling sauce) maybe even put some coriander in also. :detective

This is the salad that is served with every entry at Indian restaurants. I've been all over the world and have seen this only at Indian restaurants, so I guess that's what makes this an Indian salad. :)
