There is nothing very Mexican about this; except for the tortilla... which is misspelled. Tastes good, though.

Can be even easier! I used the microwave. also added some of that precooked bacon at the end of the cooking time. also added pre cooked chorizo if you want a good Mexican flavor. also used diced pepperoni-also good.
