I made this casserole and it was fantastic in flavour! Only thing was the texture. Unfortunately I missed putting in the eggs because eggs are not mentioned in the instructions. I see now they should have been added along with the other batter ingredients. Maybe this recipe could be amended? Can't wait to make it again and do it correctly though.
