I so badly want to try this. My parents put an old fridge down in the garage, just for drinks (its my Dad's man cave now, lol). I can't wait to get down there and over run 2 shelves with peach and apple moonshine! You rock Tinklee!

if you put the ever clear in before it gets below 100 degrees it will evaporate and you will loos your alcohol content if you do it at about 100 degrees and put the lids on it will seal them when it cools

I do that with my apple pie all the time works great and it last longer when I do my big batches.

This is really good. The only problem with it is we never have had any last to the 6 week mark.

boiled for an hour and it boiled down way to much, boil for 30 mins only.

I tried 1 cup of schnapps while simmering, then 1 cup of everclear and a cup of schnapps after cooled. Made 9 12oz jars of it! Will update in 6 weeks

I use the peaches left from the moonshine to make jelly. Yummy peach jelly.

Simply makes a peach juice I wonder if that would be better then the grape/peach juice?
