how long to cook lamb, onions ?

Usually neck cut is suitable for making stew. Cook lamb / beef with onion until tender and soft. It would take about 1 1/2 up to 2 hours. Cover the pot with water half way and d Let to cook. As the water evaporates, add more to the pan until cook soft.
