Mmm. I made delicious fruit kebabs with these and at the tip of each one was a chocolate covered strawberry. Best recipie ever!

Melted semi-sweet chocolate chips in a double boiler. It worked great, and turned out delicious.

They look great. Would love to make these to surprise someone for valentine. Does someone have any practise with preservation? I.e. could I make them the day before and how long they stay well?
