Very yummy recipe. I did add to the recipe a cube of beef bullion as it was a little bland but it was great. My boyfriend didn't even wait for me to serve him. He started eating right out of my pot. 👍

I made this beef stroganoff for my wife as she is the one in the house that typically likes the dish. I have never been one for it. Yet, yesterday when I made this recipe for I found one that I found one that I could tolerate and she thought to be incredible! As a result, this dish will be one that definitely is made in our kitchen again. I recommend it. :-)

Not a lot of flavor and wayyy too much butter. I added paprika, white pepper and parsley to the meat while it cooked for 20min and the flavor was really good after that. Next time I'll use half as much butter.

I tweaked it just a bit with a mix of greek yogurt and sour cream and in addition a can of cream of mushroom soup. Really good!

best recipe ever. I do use stock instead of broth which gives more flavor. Easiest reviled ever!!

I used tri tip sirloin and sprinkled it liberally with meat tenderizer. I also added some leeks and chopped celery leaves to the sauteed onions. I used Swanson beef STOCK (26 oz.) instead of broth and put in big chunks of fresh mushrooms. I simmered it on medium about 4 hours and followed your instructions with the sour cream and flour. SO so so delicious!! Thank you for a fabulous recipe....it'll be a regular from now on :p
