I tied and made these one time, ( recipe was similar to the one i used ) had a hard time getting the mac and cheese stay in a ball before the egg wash and breading .... so messy and so time consuming...... hats off to you for pulling theses off.... they look great.

Try and freeze them longer next time. An hour might be too short. ♡ I waited at least 4 hours if not longer to get mine to stay in a ball. But thanks for trying them out!

If 4 hours in the fridge doesn't make them as stiff for you -- try an hour in the freezer. Let me know how it goes for you ♡
