I think your recipe is looking excellent !!, however i can not find the temp. for the oven tobe set. I AM GUESSING AROUND 375 or 350 so i am gonna pit it at 360 hope it works

360 wotked and the bread was the best i ever made. It is worth mentioning it took an hour and 10 min before it was done . so i might try 375 next time i wish i knew the temperature intended for recipe!
