It was a disaster ! Maybe it’s my fault as I used homogenized toned milk instead of wholemilk and it curdled. I am so sad. I used a steamer. Can you help. As both my husband and me are diabetic so I used splenda. Is it because of this?

Hmm I have never used that kind of milk or Splenda so I’m not sure if that would have been the problem or not... I don’t imagine that Splenda would make milk curdle though. Sorry I can’t give any advice!
