That recipe is cool but i add andoullie sausage to my broth and peppers and make a roux to mix in with it.......GREAT!!!!

This is an excellent dish. Just don't add the shrimp mixture to the crockpot. When the girts are ready, the shrimp mixture should be served on top of girts. B-)
