Same here! That's part of what drove me to try making these up! I almost think I could have used one more banana in the batter, maybe diced up and folded in gently at the very end to have some bigger chunks of banana bites. I'm going to try that next time I make these!

That is the only plate I have that looks like that. My sister-in-law gave it to me a long time ago when she was moving. I have no clue where she got it, but it's definitely my favorite plate! Thanks! Haha
